(“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.alltypeinsulationservices.com website (the “Service”) operated by ALL TYPE INSULATION SERVICES (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

orders by our sole discretion. Service Inquire Through ALL TYPE INSULATION SERVICES By submitting your (user) information through our network to contractors, you (user) acknowledge that any
transactions and communication between user (you) and contractors will be through ALL TYPE
INSULATION SERVICES only. You (user) also acknowledge that ALL TYPE INSULATION SERVICES service(s) is to guide and protect you (user) through the process, therefore you (user) acknowledge and release ALL TYPE INSULATION SERVICES from any disputes and/or lawsuit that happen inside and/or outside the network/service.

Members/Contractors are Checked by us, we ensure you that we run a business background check on
our network Contractors to verify business credentials.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the
Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain
errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Services may be mispriced, described
inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of
any information found on the Service. We therefore reserve the right to change or update information
and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the
Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms and Conditions. If you participate
in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules, as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a
Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.
